Blue screen error code 0xc00000034

Question

hi, just purchased an Alienware X51 R2 in March of this year; it only came with two CDs applications and a resource DVD.it recently made me restart an update and when it loaded up I got a blue screen error message 0xc00000034 saying file C:/bcd was missing.everything I've tried Shift F8, ctrl f12 and nothing works.  Customer service said 3 weeks for a CD to fix it, I need it fixed asap even if it is restored to factory default.  Please help me!

I don't have the windows cd my comp didn't come with it. :(

Also, pretty sure a Win8 Repair Disc created on ANY Win8 PC ... will start your computer and contain the RecoveryEnvironment you need for steps in previous articles.
