Bluetooth headphones & Alienware 15 (2105)
Hey all..
While I can pair a bluetooth wireless headset, it does not ever really connect nor play any sound or show as a sound playback device. Any thoughts? Yes I have tried to update the bluetooth drives. Actually had to do this to get a recently purchase HP bluetooth mouse to even work. But so far no BT audio devices are working here. I have tried a few. The BT wireless headphone is the Jam Transit.

hi, i have the same problem, i have an alienware 15 2015, and i have tried everything to connect my Monster Bluetooth headphones, and the lap top do not even recognized, when i tried to pair them, any Bluetooth headphones i've try, have shown up, i hope someone can help us!! i'm sorry if my english it's not very good jaja!

Sorry, and it gets worse under Windows 10. Win10 killed ALL BLUETOOTH on this laptop. My bluetooth mouse stopped working too. Best stick with Win8 or 8.1 on our Alienware 15 (2105) laptops. :-/
No one seems to care enough here to help us. My post is almost a year old! :-(
