Brand New Alienware X51 R2 - AlienFX not working at all
I tried to turn off the lights or change the color but it's not working. When I walked away and came back, the light on the alien head (zone 1) was already off. I tried playing with the settings again but it did nothing. Zone 1 remains off while zone 2 and 3 remain blue (original color). Please help, thanks.

Ok, it suddenly works. Couldn't figure out why.

Thanks for the reply. I already reinstalled it before posting the topic. Anyway, it now works all of a sudden. Don't know why?

I am sorry for the inconvenience. I recommend you to uninstall the Command Center from Programs and Features and then install the same from the link given below:

Restart the system and check. Let me know the status.
