CPU PUMP failed??!??! Help please!
Alright. It's been 2 weeks since I've been having this problem. It's extremely and frustrating! One day when i go turn on my computer I see the Pci fans super high up! I replied to my self, Probably my dad used it for battlefield or games like that etc.. When i open ACC, (In thermal controls system) It shows everything to 0 Celsius. I try to change it but It doesn't let me! I go check my computer and my lights are off! Now this is the time i panicked.. It said CPU pump failed. After 4 hours of research I saw a way to fix the problem I have and nothing.. I tried the little method (disconnect power calble and all others cable, than hold the power button for 20-30 sec, and than reinstalled ACC) nothing.. Turn off my computer for a whole day.. Nothing.. Clean my whole computer.. nothing. spent 3 hours looking all over my computer and trying to see if any cable was loose. Nothing. If you think i did something wrong tell me please. Show me ways how to fix this please. It's getting old like they say. (aurora 3) (Same thing with my brothers aurora 4)

Alienware Aurora R3, huh ...
Sounds like a failure in Asetek-made liquid cooler, MIO-Board controller, Alienware-Command-Center software, or even Windows itself.
If you press F12 and run ePSA/Hardware Diags ... does it show specific tests for Lights, Fans, MIO-Board, etc?
I ask because Alienware Aurora R1-R2 and Area51-R1 have enhanced MIO-Board test built-into Diagnostics. Aurora-R4 does not. Not sure about Aurora-R3 (but you are getting ready to find out). This enhanced version is disk-based (not rom-based). Both versions run "outside of Windows".
