Did not receive the Bullets or Blades promo code!

I have the exact same problem as you. word for word. Here is a detailed account of what I have gone through thus far. This taken from email correspondence I currently have with Dell.

On 12/24/15 I decided to buy an alienware laptop from Dell's website. Part of this decision was based on the 3 promotions offered with the laptop. One of the promotions was Bullets or Blades GEforce GTX Bundle: Get Assassin's Creed Syndicate or Rainbow Six Siege. The second promotion was 10% rebate plus 2 day free shipping when you sign up for a Dell Advantage and Dell Preferred account. The third promotion was for a free Xbox controller. As of today, only the Xbox controller promotion has been honored.

The first promotion Dell failed to offer was Bullets or Blades GEforce GTX Bundle designated item # 800-BBKV by Dell and advertised on their website as late as my alienware purchase on 12/24/15. Dell's own website now states that that this offer expired on 12/11/15( http://www.dell.com/support/Article/us/en/19/SLN299559/EN). Dell was still advertising this promotion 2 weeks after it expired. It was in the item list that became available online to me the day of purchase and the day that the laptop was delivered.

Since the deal expired before it was promoted I did not receive it. I also didn't get an explanation or notice that I would not receive it.  On 1/8/16 I sent a Dell Support Request: Report a Missing, Wrong, or Damaged order/item. On 1/11/16 I received a reply back from SJ Bhavya that he would process a request for replacement of item #  800-BBKV. Bhavya stated in the email that I should expect to receive the item in the next 8 business days though the order status page said 1/27/16. On 1/26/16  I had not received the item and I reached out via instant messaging to Dell inquiring about it. By this time I had done a little research online and discovered that item # 800-BBKV is sent via email and not physically delivered.  I connected to L Kashyap via instant messaging and I explain the situation to her. First, she has to apologize for the long delay in her responses because she is instant messaging with multiple people. After a long period she finally tells me that I have to call Dell's customer service line and get help there. I call the number and I am connected to a woman that refused to give me her name. After telling her my situation, she tells me that I will receive my item tomorrow. I try to explain that it is delivered by email but she kept insisting that it will be delivered via package tomorrow. I tell her that I want to speak to a supervisor and she then simulates a transfer by staying silent then after a minute she gets back on pretending to be a supervisor. I tell her that I know what she is doing and I started repeating supervisor over and over again until she finally makes a real transfer(I know this because the on hold music played this time) to a man claiming to be the supervisor. I explain the entire situation again. The supervisor finally tells me that the offer expired and he offered me $75 credit in compensation. At this point I was livid with my horrendous customer service experience and demanded to talk to his supervisor. He then transfers me to the a random technical service person who transfers me to a dead line. At this point, I submit a complaint to the BBB. I am currently dealing with Sajith Narayananan from Dell. So far all he has offered is hollow apologies with no explanation and a coupon for $75 that requires an additional purchase.

The second promotion offered in my laptop purchase was the 10% rebate. The offer stipulated that I be a Dell Advantage member  and that I make the purchase with my Dell Preferred account(which I did). I signed up for Dell advantage then I made the purchase. This can be proven by the fact that I received free 2 day shipping which is included in the Dell Advantage rewards program. Though not originally included in my BBB complaint I did bring this up in a phone call with Sajith Narayanan who promised me that he would look into it. On the second call with Narayanan, he said there would be no rebate because I could not prove it.

As far as Dell is concerned the matter is closed but I am just getting started.
