Well, I do care a lot about hardware defects on my computer
if it's true that they don't deliver the support, maybe they should stop advertising it (e.g. Dell Premium Support | Dell Deutschland ), and it still says on the website while buying a new system, that premium support means around the clock access to support technicians...
That kind of support was one of the few reasons i paid that much for my notebook.
I'm actually very disappointed right now, and unless they do a great job replacing the system, that might have been the last system I've bought from them... For sure I won't keep on telling my friends to spend a few extra bucks on a Dell-System get the great Dell-Support. :/
i don't know. Dell Support was good to me sofar. they did their Best to fix my Coilwhine and they even offered me a Brand New System if i was still not Happy. unfortunately i'm out of Warranty now.
i get your Point but i'm sure you will manage to Call Dell at some Point not in the Middle of the Night.

i believe there is no 24/7 Service in Germany. no one cares about Hardware Defect in the Middle of the Night.
