How do I turn off Dell Digital Delivery?
I made the mistake of setting this to run automatically. If I am not online, this has the effect of Hanging a sign in the middle of my screen that says Dell Digital Delivery for three minutes until it figures out that the computer has no internet connection.
Worse, right now it is really an add to offer me a free year of Drop Box. Really an advertisement for a security hole. ,
Another sign that computer software is designed by individuals who work at offices with screens the size of walls and constant high speed connection, when many of us do not have either of those.

Try this:
Go to Start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box, and then press Enter to start the System Configuration utility. Then go to Boot and uncheck the box next to Dell Digital Delivery. This will only disable the application from running automatically at start-up.
