How to Overclock Area 51 ALX 960 when bios does not show level 1 ,2 ,3 or 4 in the bios

I have the Area 51 ALX960  with 2X 5970 vidiocards and would like to overclock the 960 GPU to see if I am getting a bottelneck from my 960 CPU. But in my bios it does not list the option for overclock levels 1, 2, 3 & 4  .I looked in the Area 51 FAQ section here http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?c=us&l=en&s=gen&docid=DSN_6D7FD7301EE797A5E040AE0AB7E10D4E&isLegacy=true  the Overclocking section as stated I do not show the 1-4 levels in my Bios.My question is if theese levels are not shown how does one continue to Overclock? I am showing the following!

QPI Frequency                                      [6.400GT]

Memmory Ratio                                     [10]

CPU Core(Non-Turbo) Ratio               [24]

Advanced DRAM Configuiration          [Press Enter]

Overclock Configuiration                      [Press Enter]

Over voltage Configuration                  [Press Enter]

If I select Overclock Configuiration I show the following

Adjust CPU BC1K (MHz)                        [133]

Spread Spectrum                                   [Enabeled]                                   Min:133Mhz

Adjust PCI Frequency (MHz)                [Auto]                                             Max:300Mhz

Adjust PCI-E Frequency (MHz)           [100]

Intel (R) Turbo Mode Tech                  [Enabeled]

I current have the A10 Bios also noticed in bios under CPU Core(Non-Turbo) Ratio [24] Rather then 25

Is there somthing I am missing or need to change before I do a manual overclock?

Thank you for any help!

If you dd not pay to unlock the processor upon ordering, then most likly there is no overclock option ion the BIOS.

Thank's For the answer Rich

No I did not pay fort the unlock the Area 51 was a replacement for my XPX 730 X which was Factory overclocked I guess I can't complain but I do miss and would have liked to keep my XPS730 but it was destroyed by the people Dell contracts the warranty to.Don't get me wrong I think Dell was fair but man I just loved the XPS 730 Case & Machine in general!

Thanks again now I know

Just do your own manual overclock

Overclock Configuiration                      [Press Enter]

Over voltage Configuration                  [Press Enter]

look at these

This is what I used to overclock my Aurora Core i7 920 from 2.66ghz to 3.6ghz

You need ram that is capable of overclocking that high though.

I currently have corsiar vengenace 12gb DDR3 Triple channel memory which overclocked along with the processor to 1750mhz.

My processor Adjust CPU BC1K (MHz) is 175, and my voltage is 1.25 with the +20ov

my stepping is at 20 though.

Thank's for your help I have  the I 960 at 3.2 &12 GB of DDR Tripple chanel memmory at 1333 from Dell brand Hyundai.

My question is I would like to only go to 3.6 with my CPU clock I would need to replace the 12 GB's of Ram to acheive the advertized stable clock of the I 960 ? I do not want to push it to 4.0 as many just feel with theese 2 HD 5970 may be a little bottleneck. What do you think?
