M15x and throttling

This issue is all over the internet. I was just wondering if Dell is looking into it or not. I know many people are holding off buying an M15x because if this issue. Also it seem that other Dell model have this issue too, and I see Dell is working on a fix for those. But I haven't seen an official statement from Dell, that they are looking into the problem for the M15x. There have been documented throttling when playing games like L4D2 and a few other at NBR.

Many people have resorted to a 3rd party fix for this issues. I just want an official Dell statement, if they are still looking into the issue or not. I hope they know they are losing alot of customers. I'm not trying to bash Dell or anything, I have the M15x myself, and I love it. I just hate seeing people bash this laptop just because of this issue. This thing is a beast, I just want to release it full potential.
