M15x problem

been having a lot of problems with overheating while playing games. earlier tonight i had alienware support checking my computer using remote access but they couldnt sort out the problem. tonight i decided to check the bottom of the laptop while it was running, i found that the gtx460m fan isnt spinning.

do i need to contact support on the phone or can something be done here?

thanks :)

* Power off
* Disconnect the AC Adapter
* Remove the Battery
* Remove the two screws holding the bottom plastic cover. They are L/R of the battery compartment
* There is a small white connector next to the Graphics Card Fan. Make sure it is fully seated
* Reconnect the AC Adapter and power the PC on with it upside down
* Is the Graphics Card Fan spinning? If not, Contact Support to get the Graphics Card Fan, part number 74W61 replaced

Note - If you want to replace it yourself, tell them and they will setup a parts only exchange. If you want an onsite technician, they will setup a NBD.
