M17X R5 games keep crashing, but only the video

Im the last 6 months ive been experiencing a lot more crashes when playing games such as The Witcher 3, Warframe, and Overwatch. Overwatch is the only one that gives me an error saying "Remdering device has been lost" other games just freeze the video but the game will still run in the background, i can still play the game and perform actions just with a frozen picture. My battery also does not charge above 50% and my laptop will shut down immediately after unplugging the charger even with 50% charge, ive tried running everything without the battery to see if causing shortage issues and the problems still persist. Occasionaly when a crash occurs my laptop makes the sound it usually does when starting up, launching games, or installing new software (possibly my graphics card rebooting?) could the problem be due to my graphics card or motherboard, or could it be a low voltage supply from my charger.

Im have an i7 4910mq, gtx 880m, and 32gb ram
