My Alienware Aurora restarts randomly for no reason

My Alienware Aurora desktop randomly restarts for no good reason when I'm in the middle of things. The day before, this computer had issues starting up, which was fixed by reseating a lot of the internal components. I've had this problem before now, around 4 months ago, but it stopped 3 months ago on its own, and now the problem is recurring. Today alone, in the past 4 hours, it's restarted itself 3 times. Anybody know how to fix this?

System specs:

Intel I7 CPU 930 @2.80 ghz (8 CPUs)

24 gigs of ddr3 ram

Windows 7 home premium 64 bit (6,1 build 7601), service pack 1

2 gig AMD Radeon HD 6900 series

Be sure all OverClocks are off.

Use CPUID HW-Monitor and make sure it's not over-heating.

Be sure it's getting plenty of power (preferably through a good UPS Battery).

What exact video card do you have?

Have you installed any after-market parts?

Was there an "event" ... after which things got worse.

So try that for a while. Post back in this thread if you continue to have problems (so we know the history).

I turned off the overclock off just now and I'll see if that helps.

I don't think I'm overheating, my cores are all around 55C/125F

It should be getting enough power.

I'm honestly not sure what exact video card I have.

The after market parts I have in here are the extra ram, 2 more hard drives, and I think that's it

I'm not really sure there was event after things got worse, I just had issues with it starting up, those got fixed, and the next day it started restarting for no apparent reason.

Well, it stopped restarting for a day or so, but now it's restarting again, even with the overclock off.

Ok. Now, remove after market memory and go back to original RAM config as shipped from Dell.
