Just to confirm, this program was pre-installed in your system correct? Is your system running the latest Bios version? Have you received any blue screens or error messages?
Ok, to check which Bios version your system is running, type "MSinfo32" on the Windows search bar and hit enter. This should open a system summary window and it will display the Bios version that your system is running.
