Need Help>>>trying to overclock

Hello everyone, Im pretty much a newbie when it comes to configuring a overclock for my cpu. I have a I7 4960x with two Gtx 980s sc , G skills ripjaws 32gb Ram for Memory . Looking for a way to increase my speed and permance. Anything to help would be great. I know you can select the oc setting one or two but it doesnt do any justice. Thanks
