New Motherboard Replaced But No overclock Settings (how to)

would like to know how to overclock the X79 Motherboard with a 3820k CPU .

I have had a brand new replacement motherboard and so there is no setting under overclock 1 or 2 setting.

the motherboard manufacturer date is 2nd august 2012 so its must have latest bios.

if i turn off speedstep in bios my cpu is still stepping . WHY ?? if i put it in performance mode its still stepping .

where is turbo in bios , seems like there is nothing there !

I used CPu-z to see what im getting .

AuroraALX,

Power off. Open the case cover. Look for the CLEAR_CMOS jumper by the coin cell battery. Make sure it is is on pins 2 and 3. Not pins 1 and 2. Close the cover.

Turn the system on. Press F2 key on the keyboard on the Dell splash screen to enter BIOS
Press F9 key to Load Optimal Default settings
Press F10 key or Save changes and Exit option to "Save configuration changes and exit setup"
Press F2 key to enter the BIOS on the Dell splash screen again
Select "Frequency/Voltage Control" option in the BIOS and press Enter
Select "Load level 1 settings"
Select OK and press Enter
Press F10 key or Save changes and Exit option to "Save configuration changes and exit setup"
