New to Dell Outlet and just made a purchase....was it a good deal?

• Slot-Loading Dual Layer DVD ( DVD+-RW,
  CD-RW)
• 1.5GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce TI 660

Was this a good deal?

I was able to use a 30% off coupon, hence the lower price.

Will this configuration play most games today at standard 1920 x 1080p on medium to high settings?
