Received your system?
Due to the amount of delays AW is having, I thought it would be a good idea to kind of track the build progress of these systems, or at least have a guess.
Please post your order date, system type (just the model), and your shipping date.

2009-12-11 1:43PM PT---- Just got off the phone with CS. They told me nothing new rxcept that the manager and my rep are both "working this case" and that I have requested some sort of compensation for my time. I doubt I will actually get anything, but I wanted to stress that delays = time, and time is money, and I want them to share the cost of my time.

And don't bother calling to find out why. Was on hold for 20 minutes, spoke to someone in Indonesia I think, and they informed me that they have absolutely no idea why it was delayed. Come on dell... if a part is backordered, man-up and let us know BEFORE we order. This is such a shady business practice. I ordered a Dell about 5 years ago and had ZERO problems. What's the deal?

NO keyboard, mouse, monitor, no upgrades except for videocard and extra 3gigs of mem.
Would have been worth a longer wait regardless. I absolutely love this machine.
