Reset to Factory Image

Hey guys, so I have quite the pickle. I have an Alienware m17x Laptop and I am attempting to restore my computer to the factory settings. I have done this two other times with no issues. This time, however, it doesn't recognize any factory image. I upgraded to windows 10 and it <ADMIN NOTE: Profanity removed as per TOU> so I have returned back to windows 7. Now the computer still runs sluggish so I just wanted to return to square one. The issue I am having is my optical drive does not work and really has never worked since I got the laptop. I just moved and do not have the original CDs either. Anyone have any ideas?
