SSD Mounting Aurora

I have an Alienware Aurora and am going to purchase an SSD. Do I also need to purchase a mounting kit so that it fits a 3.5" bay or will it fit as is?

Here is the SSD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820250001&cm_re=western_digital_ssd-_-20-250-001-_-Product

and if i need a mounting kit, which one would work with my case?

Is it an Aurora or an Aurora ALX?

For Aurora you'll need at least:

For the ALX at least:

or the same from Kingston

It's a regular Aurora, not the fancy one. I actually ended up buying the Intel X25-M G2 80GB instead (which comes with a mounting kit). Hopefully everything will go together smoothly.

Another question if anyone wants to answer. I have 2x 500GB hard drives right now in raid 0. I want to make the Intel X25-M my main drive and keep my 2x 500GB in raid 0 for a storage drive. What all do I need to know to do this successfully?

Best thing to do is reinstalling Win 7 on the SSD, saving all important data of your RAID-system to an external harddrive, deleting the RAID via the BIOS and creat it new.

In the end you just have to put your data from the external HDD back to the RAID.

That's the best way because your older Windows 7 will be deleted totaly and the internal harddrives will be clean and fast again.
