Support Canada

Hi,

I am in need of a part since mid June and I have contacted support and customer service many times. However I would appear I am stuck in limbo. I always end up with communication problems : specialist not available, told payment system is down , told will be contacted later but nobody does, emails does not reach their destination , receive inquiry about unanswered emails  that i did respond to, wrong address being put on sale order and so on.

I am wandering is it possible to order a part from another Country ? I would appear that the department I reach in Canada is utterly incapable of providing me the required part.

This is completely opposite to the technical support . Had a problem with the AC adapter and it was resolved within a few days.

Apologies for the failures. I need to know the specific system model and part you are looking to purchase. Then I can search for the Dell part number.

This isn't for a specific system, I misplaced the cable that run between the alienware graphic amplifier and the computer while moving in a new place. I need the cable PCI express cable not the power cable.

I was told the part number is NPY83.

I found one on eBay. You could also try calling Dell Canada Spare Parts 1-866-440-3355.

Then all I can think of is you contact a friend here in the USA to buy it from Dell USA Spare Parts. Then he can mail it to you.
