URGENT - Windows 10 forced update, crashed now stuck on Restoring Previous Windows Version LOOP

Hello, i'm having severely stressful problems with my X51 r1 (upgraded with a 750 GTX a while back)

Windows 10 updated and crashed, now when i boot my PC, it shows the splash, then an alien head, then a rotating circle below it, then a window border flashes, then 'restoring previous windows version' appears. The computer proceeds to restart and continue the process.

I have read that Automatic Repair should start but i haven't seen it yet.

I do not have a windows 10 disc so i cannot repair from there.

I don't know how to get into safe mode, i can only get into F2 (bios) and F12 (boot options, such as UEFI and Legacy boot mode)
