well once u use a version of the software older then what you had before you reinstalled windows it much bricks the lighting controller it is mentioned on these forums @ the top in a sticky so either try the fix thats mentioned or call alienware and get the motherboard board replaced if its a laptop or the IO controller if its a desk

i told you the problem and the repair call dell for warranty no other option if out of warranty well thats ann issue .... this is much why no other responces your problem was answered only other option is calling dell tech to get either motherboard if its a laptop replaced or the MIO controller if its a desktop .... i dont know how hard it is to understand this you killed the controller when installing older control center when you reinstalled windows but ohwell lesson learnt i hope . CALL DELL TECH SUPPORT FOR REPLACEMENT .....

I CAN'T CALL TO DELL TECH SUPPORT BECAUSE
1. I'm not living in US
2. I bought my alienware in ebay from UK , and I do not have warranty
I have contacted with a shop in UK , they told me that they can repair it , it will cost me about $40 + shipping to uk and back $190 by DHL , so I need $230 more....
I'm not ready to spend more money for this laptop !!!

May I suggest, contact Dell by email, they probably offer some support and it might be cheaper going with a Dell solution. At least give it a try and see what the final cost is. They can log on your PC and do the install that way.
