X51 - I was sent the wrong PSU

I purchased the high end x51 model as below:
Core i7 2600
GTX 555
8GB RAM
1 TB HDD
Blue ray drive

As you know only the high end model comes with the 330w PSU but i was sent the 240w PSU incorrectly. Initially my order was delayed by 1 week, and now i have exhanged about 20 emails with dell and about 5 phone calls. All of this just to get the RIGHT PSU I PAID FOR. I was first advised i will have the correct psu in 5-10 business days order# , after some missed calls from dell i spoke to a lady from customer care who said "we dont have the parts it will take 4-6 weeks". I emailed dell as i knew this was not true, i was then told a courier would exhange the psu (take the old and give the new) yesterday. Guess what, he came to only COLLECT my 240w PSU which means i cant even use my pc for god knows how long. I sent him away with nothing, another email and now i am advised it will be another 5-10 working days for the PSU. I will never buy anything from dell/alienware again and i will make none of my family and friends do as well. If i don't have the PSU within the next 5 days i'm lodging a bank dispute, contacting the aus office of fair trading for legal action and i will return the whole x51. I sold my prev pc for this, if i have to rebuild i will financially worse off because of dell. Service is a horrible not to mention that the blu ray drive SPITS out cd's to the floor damaging them. I can't believe they could sell such a poorly made pc.
