alien-ware m18x factory default settings

i have recently purchased a new m18x, and have had issues with win 7 security, and as a result had to restore the computer. this has lead me to be unable to do any of the things that i was previously able to do, and am unable to connect to the Internet. i was wondering if there is any way to reset the computer to the "factory" settings, without having to reinstall everything. any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
