it did run on 100% yes but i gues it was the video cards that made that noise since i had 2 cables of the 2 sperate videocards to 1 monitor 1 digital and 1 hdm but when i restarted the com[ and had removed the hdmi kabel it went back to normal and is almost silent now :P i was just being plain stupid to put 2 video cards to 1 monitor :P

Hello S4nd3r and grats on your new Aurora

The fans will crank up to 100% when you first turn it on but they should come back down to normal. Are they staying at 100% while the computer is running?

Hey guys,

I have the same system however my fans are now running at 100 percent all the time.  Its really loud and I have had the system about a year and  a half.  I hope there is nothing major wrong with it and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to fix it.

Thanks

Joe

Are you sure it's the case fans and not the video cards fans?

If you think it's the case fans, and/or the Thermal Controller is not reading right ...

Paying special attention to "Power Dissipation" fix and testing MIO-Board (outside of Windows) with Dell Diagnostics (PSA - ePSA).
Verify that MIO-Board is still working outside of Windows.

Hello JoeWalker82,

I found this article: My Alienware Computer is making fan noises or the fans are too loud,  try the steps and let me know how it goes!
