aurora 4: my keyboard is entering all wrong letters unless I hold down the key between FN and CTRL. I replaced the keyboard with a new one from Dell. Help

So the exact same thing happens with both keyboards?

I found the problem. I turned off an anti-virus program called Hitman Pro and the keyboard works fine. I have run Hitman Pro since March of this year with no problem until now. Perhaps an update changed the compatibility.                             Robert Miller
