do you need extra memory
Hi,aurora r4 with 2x4gb ram sticks.I use it for gaming on single monitor@1920x1080,would it be worthwhile to add extra ram to make it proper quad memory?The cost is £50 uk

Nope, no game requires more than 8 Gb of RAM. Only beneficial if you're using apps that need the extra memory like video editing, rendering, etc, or if you're in a habit of running multiple memory hogging application concurrently.
Also, quad memory configuration will not give you very appreciable benefits in real life usage over double memory config.
