gray screen with black vertical lines or black screen crashes m17x r3
it it will hapens randomly when i play games bit it will always happen a few seconds in to a you tube video I have tried every thing i know how to do and looked up the problem and i can find an answer

Hi!
Please try connecting an external monitor while this is happening, so you can check for any signs of lines or distortion on the other monitor. Let me know what happens.

i apologies for it taking so long for me to respond but it stopped for a short time and just did it 2 time immediately after windows starts the second screen is not gating any signal from my pc
