Hi kharmic,

Please help me understand if you are talking about the back light of the keyboard ?

Kindly let me know the system model, so that I can help you with better resolution.

Hi kharmic,

I recommend to set the BIOS to default.

Restart the computer and tap F2 on Dell logo and when the BIOS screen comes up, Tap F9 to reset to default settings and then tap F10 to Save and exit.

Let me know the status.

Awaiting your response!

Once you're done, go to your BIOS and set the SSD as the first boot device and you're good to go.
