my new Aurora came today, fan at fullspeed and shutting down for no reason

hello there

so when i started my new pc which runs a09 the fan just went crazy (the controll center showed 4k per minute) and he started really slow .. after a couple mins not connecting to my internet he just shut down ..

he was okay for like 1 hour after a few tries

after searching for a solution i wanted to downgrade to a07 but the pc says its not allowed..

anyone can help me befor i get even more disappointed of dell ?
