x51 2 beeps and won't start up
i was getting the 2 beeps when i restarted my x51 and i would unplug the power cord and plug it back in and the x51 would startup and work fine with no issues but i updated the firmware to a14 and the update went fine no errors but when i restarted the x51 all i get is 2 beeps the x51 is still under warranty service tag <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> is there anything i can do to fix the x51 or do i need new parts i have tried reseating the ram and unplugging the cmos battery.

i tested the ram in another pc and it works fine i ran mem test for 8 hours.

Yes definitely 2 beeping codes are related to a memory failure; I would recommend you to try one memory at the time on all the slots and let me know if the system is capable of boot with any on them.
