x51 R2

Hey all I received my X51 R2 back in late June when they first released and I really love the sleek, compact model and size of the unit. With that being said I had to have a technician come to replace my graphic card due to consistent crashing which came up under BCCode 116. After the replacement card the computer worked beautifully until yesterday when the computer crashed a few times but worked afterwards throughout the night.  I've tried nearly every fix including the PCI-gen 3, system restores, clean installs ect. Has anyone experienced this problem with the X51 R2? I've been checking my temperatures and they've been fine as well. Also the resets happen randomly, sometimes when the computer is just booted, sometimes later, no crash ever seems to be happening at a consistent time.

Specs are Windows 7-64

I7-4770

16gb ram

gtx 670

Not sure what else would be needed

Video drivers are updated and no errors were found during the dell diagnostic. After my video card switch I had no errors for about a month but now I'm experiencing the same problems as I had before the video card switch.

Hi rastignac,

Request you to use the below link and update BIOS:

http://dell.to/17Gkwck

You may then use the below link and run video card stress test and video card test:

http://dell.to/TjfHhO

Click on hardware tab and select the tests. Make a note of error codes that appear (if any).

Check if the same issue happens. If yes, then do send me the system service tag via private message. I can check and see what can be done.
