Tobii Eye Tracking not working on my AW15R3?
Something is wrong with Tobii Eye Tracking on my laptop. I never used it up till now, but when I saw videos of it I noticed that it needs to calibrate first before you can use it. However, that was never done on my laptop and I don't see a way how to do it. The option does not seem to be available. I have re-installed the software, but that did not change anything.
The info the application is showing me is below. It seems to be missing some compontents/services?

I already found out what the 'problem' was. The AW15R3 does not have Tobii Eye Tracking. It only supports Tobii Aware. Only certain AW17R4 have 'full' Tobii Eye Tracking.

Im having similar issue.
Alienware 17 r4, i7 gtx 1060 with tobii
Tobii controller core: Not available
I reinstalled and updated but nothing. I am able to use the eye tracking, but with say dying light the gaze trace function is not there.

Are you sure your AW17R4 has an integrated Tobii Eye Tracker? This seems to be optional on an AW17R4. If you don't have it, only Tobii Aware will work, like on my AW15R3.
