17 R3, no backlight on left macro keys
Computer: Alienware 17 R3
Alienware Command Centre 4.5.19 version.
The keys work properly, can assign macros and AWCC recognize it. It's just the backlight not working(left macro keys only).
How do I active the lights again?

Hi @manee,
Check this article and also, run the AlienFX Tester as shown in the article and let me know if the backlight will work with the tester.

Yes. Keep in mind that it could be diverse causes but mine was a loose cable.
I disassemble the case and re plugged the macro keys cable. It is a tiny one located near the power cables, similar to the main keyboard outlet. That fixed it.
