15 R3, OC controls failed to load profiles

So i open command center then click on oc controls and i get this, i get this for like 5 months in a row.

then i get this:

I tried to uninstall command center and oc then reinstal  and not working, i tried install comand center then oc controls (not working), then i tried oc controls and command center ( still not working ).

2. Another problem, when i select other profile than disable or OC LVL 1 in bios i get bluescreen.
