15 R3, battery not charging, #2

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my Alienware not able to charge my battery. I know a lot of people have posted on this, saying that their Windows 10 program says "plugged in, not charging" mine just says "plugged in". It's not charging either because the battery percentage keeps going down. I've gotten a new AC adapter and done all the support assist tests. My motherboard and battery passed the test. I've started my computer back to bare bones and I've tried calibrating the battery as everyone has said on the internet. I've also uninstalled the Windows drivers for the battery and the ac adapter and restarted it back up. Is there something I'm missing? I've been trying to figure this out and I can't get it to work. I'm wondering if it's a software issue.
