15 R3, unable to undervolt after downloading BIOS 1.9.0

Recently I decided to appease supportassist and finally get around to downloading the stocked up drivers. After downloading the latest BIOS version, I realized my laptop was getting much, much more heated that it was before I altered anything, and once opening throttlestop and checking around, I realized none of my undervolt values seem to be going through. Is this something other's have been having, and are the two related or is there some other issue?
