15 R4, Dell OS Recovery Tool (2.3.6066.0_A00) broke
While trying to create a recovery image (warranty expires on September 23, 2019) using OS Recovery Tool I've encountered two errors:
1. flow: Dell OS Recovery Tool(as administrator) > advanced mode > For this computer(next) > reinstall OS manually option
2. flow: Dell OS Recovery Tool(as administrator) > auto mode > this computer
Tried all other possible flows which triggers the same errors and tried 3 different usb drives. It is really hard to believe that such big company lack basic principles in software verification like testing your app on all your devices.
Please add:
Description of this app which devices are supported.
Allow users to download relevant images manually, it is really nice that your are trying to encapsulate usb proper formatting and image burning but if you can't provide resolution to all your customers at least allow them to do this on themselves for example using Rufus.
Developers please don't take it personally , it is a constructive criticism for your self improvement(I hope).
I'll be glad if you can send me the image I need or upload it somewhere, Thank you.

Can the customer please share the Service Tags that incurred this issue? Also, there are log files, please provide that information. Please post that information at this site.
