17 R4, broken motherboard

It makes no sense to me that buying 2 grand laptop on March 27, 2018 would all the sudden break. I tried to send it while it was under warranty but they sent me a box literally 3 inches to small. Now I try to get the geek squad to send it in and I get a call saying I would have to pay 1750 dollars to have it fixed. I literally one month after owning this piece of junk the speakers went out. This computer never ones in it's its life left the desk never dropped it and never even had food near it. It's completely saddening the whole reason I got this thing was so me and my brother could play video games while he was in Syria blowing up building. I unfortunately can't afford to buy another so good buy Dell never ever will buy from you again. Unfortunately it's a good looking paper weight.
