17 R4, speaker problem (new speakers still no sound)

Hi there,

One day I restart my laptop and after restart my speakers stopped working. I tried windows format, drivers update etc. I run the diagnostic from Dell and i didn't hear any 6 tones so I thought there was a issue as in hardware. I ordered new speakers from Dell and replace the speakers but still no sound on windows. No sound in diagnostic. Is anyone experienced a same problem????
