Not to my surprise, I have received no response nor found any further information for this problem. Its just going to forever be a problem because dell/alienware refuse to fix it, or even acknowledge it. guess they got better things to do than develop software that works.
I won't ever buy another dell or alienware product on the sole basis that the experience you get out of either of these companies is pure and utter trash.
Believe me, i wish i knew the answer to this too, i have uninstalled and reinstalled this software soo many times now, i cannot even count, and it still does not work.

It would be nice if DELL share the source code of this so called 'software'. I am sure the community will be able to fix all bugs...
