Alienware 15 R2 AWCC not installing
Last month the motherboard of my laptop died. After the technician placed a new one, he said that Windows were corrupted and formatted it. Now I cannot install Command Center and Support Assist is not working. When I go to the Dell drivers page and select the option to verify my laptop automatically, it says:
Support Assist
Support Assist running
Download failed . An error occurred while downloading Support Assist. Cancel or retry

Thanks JOcean, I tried that a couple of days ago but it didn´t work out for me.. But today I was looking in the BIOS and I noticed that my service tag is empty.. Could that be the problem ?

Yeah, that was the problem.. Everything is working fine now.
