Alienware 17r3 left usb port and left macro keys malfunctioning

The sub port closest to the power jack keeps disconnecting and reconnecting any device plugged into it. All the other USB ports are working fine. Also the Alienware macro keys on the left side of the keyboard stopped working. The macro keys above the number pad still work though.  Because the use port is malfunctioning the laptop constantly beeps to notify me the device connected to that port disconnected or reconnected. It makes the same sound as if I was unplugging or plugging in the device. I've tried changing the power share settings, uninstalling and reinstalling all the drivers related to a usb port.  I've even tried other drivers..  For the macro keys I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard drivers and the Alienware configurator.  Every program and driver is up to date.  I have no idea when this started because I usually use the USB port on the right side. It wasn't until I started using my laptop to comtrol my telescope and camera along with an external hard drive to record the videos taken from my telescope camera that I realized I had the issue. The same with the macro keys, I didn't ever use them until I wanted to program them to open up the program's I use for my telescope.. They would make things easier since the display is turned all the way down and in night mode which makes everything red so I can look at the screen without hurting my night vision, because it takes about an hr for someone's eyes to fully adjust to the dark which is messes are to see allot of things with a telescope and programming macro keys to open programs or save a file would be nice...  I see many Alienware 17r3's having my same issue all over the Internet but no one has a solution.. I hope it's not a major issue or the beginning to a bigger problem because this laptop is under 2 years old and cost me $2,500 since I have the 4K screen and I upgraded my ram to 16GB, installed 2 512GB Samsung 950 pro nvme m.2 drives along with a 1tb 850 evo 2.5in ssd.. I own the Alienware graphics amplifier with a gtx1060 since it's the biggest card I can benefit from. I tried a gtx1070 and gtx1080 and the benchmark scores were the same as the 1060's, so the pci express 3.0 X 4 is completely saturated with a gtx1060.  So I've got allot invested in this laptop and will be really bothered if it's motherboard is failing after 1.5 years of use. And not allot of use either, 100 hrs if it's lucky!  So anyone that knows of a fix for this pretty common issue, please share it with me because I'm at a loss, I've tried everything I can think of.  I even turned off power saving features for the USB ports!

Had the same problem, Dell replaced the board when its still under warranty. Now I pay 400$ after 6 months because the board is faulty again and its out of warrant. Just finished paying my Alienware 5 months ago.

Alienware is not what I expected its like HP when comparing it with Quality.
