Area-51m R1, XMP ram upgrade

Question

Does anybody know what ram I need to work at 2933MHz with my XMP profile? I ordered my Area-51m R1 with 16GB (2x8GB) XMP ram option 2933MHz. I purchased Crucial Ballistic 3200MHz 32GB. But it worked at 2666MHz. Alienware tech told me I should be able to access XMP profile through BIOS but we couldn't find the option and he gave up. Tech support told me to contact sales to get the correct one but after two orders, neither worked properly. Both orders of ram worked at 2400MHz and neither had option to turn XMP on in BIOS. I'm starting to think that the XMP profile is stored on the ram and not the BIOS but only a guess. I bought this laptop because it was advertised as upgradable but seems it's not. u will lose your money I did it and even whith balliistic xmp rams not go more than 2400 the bios from the area 51 it dosent let u the only way u can its when u order straight from the like that I dint know that to after I looking around not xmp on the bios yet last bios 1.12.0

I know this sounds stupid but have you tried overclocking it via XTU? It should change the ram speeds but also adjust the multiplier and the voltage.
