How to arrange an expired warranty repair for Alienware laptop

My laptop keeps on freezing after 2 or 3 minutes and has to be manually turned off ,there is a clicked of the fan or some sort internally before it freezes , and can only be turned off manually with the power button.

I rang up Dell technical support with 1850 543 543 numerous of times and never gets through to any technical support engineer after wasting about 10 euro of calling up Dell support I gave up.

Is there anyway of arranging a pick up and repair? Cause initially I know is a hardware problem and not a software.
