I will forever advocate against Alienware!

So this is a fun little story. I bought an Alienware R13 Back in 2016, and was disappointed immediately, but didn't have many other choices. So I stuck with it. I found out it couldn't run BASIC games even with the specs it had. I had to upgrade the ram out of pocket just to run simple games. I was thoroughly disappointed and rightfully so. As time went on the computer kept crashing and breaking down and when I called Alienware, they wanted $200 just to hear my case. That alone is something you should NEVER do as a company. So I was forced to stick with it even though I wanted to throw it out of the window.  Games such as League of Legends and Overwatch, simple games that are easy on your graphics, were to much for this computer. I am still stuck with it today and when I say I hate this computer and will advocate against this company. I mean it. I have already explained to multiple friends who planned on buying Alienware computers not to and why. The final nail in the coffin was when I took this computer to a shop to get the parts looked at. After looking at the parts of the computer. He said "Minus the ram and the graphics card, I can buy everything inside this computer for $50 out of my pocket right now online" So Minus the ram I payed for myself, and the graphics card that came with the computer, EVERYTHING WAS $50 BUCKS. The hard drive is some Chinese worthless  as well! He showed me the hard drive right out of my computer and it was on the site he showed me for $6. How the do you get off charging people $1,300 for a computer that is worth no more than $300 saying "Oh but it's an Alienware meant for gaming!" Not a chance.
