Hi, I have problems updating the tpm 2.0 for the consecutive Windows 11 update of my notebook, has anyone encountered the same problem as me? Can you help me in some way the laptop is recent how is it possible that it has problems of this kind or do you have to wait for an update from Dell? thanks in advance for those who want to help me

The system does not have a true TPM. The CPU supports PTT -- which must be enabled in Setup (F2 at powerup).
The system must also be configured for UEFI operation (not CSM/Legacy), which in turn requires the drive be configured in GPT mode (not MBR).
Once that's done, Windows 11 will run properly with PTT technology enabled.
