Sound profile in the fusion tab is missing.
I have an Alienware M15 laptop. I recently bought the alienware gaming headset aw988. I hear audio and can control the lights but I can't see the sound profile in the fusion tab. My command center version is 5.2.42.0. I googled to find the solution but to no avail. What do I do? Please help.

having the same issue on my R6. tried uninstalling other audio drivers. reinstalling OC controls and Command center. updated bios. nothing is working

Unfortunately, Sound control was removed from the most recent AWCC https://dell.to/2GoQKSb can try previous versions if you want the feature back.

@Alienware-Eimy the link it's broken, and how can we change the audio profile of Alienware AW988 ?
