m15 R3, AWCC process intermittently upping CPU usage

From what I noticed since I got my Alienware AW2521HF, but maybe it has nothing to do with it, the AWCC process has been demonstrating an odd behaviour. That of increasing CPU usage for it and another process, WMI Provider Host, to increase its CPU usage. This is all happening when the system is idle.

If I terminate the process from Task Manager, everything goes back to normal. Could someone please shed light on what's causing this and the proper to resolve it (if it exists)?

I think I solved it by uninstalling Alienware Command Center, and then Alienware Command Center Suite.  After that, I installed the latest Alien Command Center downloaded from the Drivers portal.  It's a bit weird, because the version that shipped with the machine was updated.  Oh well...

And here is another thing I noticed (confirming that the problem still lies within the Command Center): if the problem comes back, especially quickly after a start/reboot of the system, open Alienware Command Center, go to the Fusion tab, and then close the Command Center application altogether.  You will notice then that its process disappears from the task list and that the WMI Provider Host process CPU usage is decreased back to normal range.

Not the greatest solution, I know. This underlying issue requires a proper fix in AWCC itself, I'm sure of it.
