m15 R3, how can I update my service tag number?
I got my laptop replaced for keyboard hot temperature issue. Now it has a different service tag. How can I update my registered service tag from the previous old to this new one?

Dell should work for it, not let customers do it manually like a hassle. It is Dell's fault to provide that faulty hot keyboard product. And now this forum wants me to do more job for .. transferring what? After the hot keyboard issue, now I'm suffering from its own update issue FOR HOURS! Why do I have to suffer from these ridiculous difficulties when I pay my money to the Alienware legitimately? I cannot understand what's going on and get angry.

Dell should build its own system to check, recognize and deal with any possible duplicated service tags for the same user whenever his device is replaced and registered again.
Anyway now it's over for me. Thanks for your care though.
